This year’s Ladies Oaks Day on the Sunshine Coast was more than a celebration. Guests gathered to support RISE2 and help create safe new beginnings for families.

We’re delighted to announce that The Thompson Building Group has officially launched the Thompson Foundation, with RISE2 as its first beneficiary.

Thanks to the generosity of the Thompson Foundation and their incredible commitment to matching every dollar raised, RISE2 will receive $10,000 to help furnish safe, welcoming new homes for families starting over. These funds will go directly toward creating spaces of comfort, dignity, and hope.

This special day wouldn’t have been possible without the support of the Thompson families, friends, and suppliers, who came together not just for a day at the races but to make a real difference.

A heartfelt thank you also goes to our generous prize donors, Sum Yung Guys and Bella Venezia, for contributing to our raffle.

We are looking forward to expanding this partnership.
