Join us to celebrate International Women’s Day, now in its 114th year, with a spectacular luncheon hosted by The Savvy Squire with Joh Switzer. The luncheon is a two course set menu with drinks included* (*conditions apply) with a panel of fabulous local lady guest speakers.

Meet the guest speakers:
Kerry Ashcroft – Coach Kerry
Founder of Coach Kerry, is a passionate advocate for women’s fitness and well-being. Originally from the UK, she moved to Australia over ten years ago with her husband and two daughters. A certified Sports Nutritionist, Studio owner and professional figure athlete, Kerry’s journey in fitness began with a love for running and martial arts, evolving into a profound passion for weight training and bodybuilding.
After exploring different sports, it transformed her perspective on fitness. Witnessing women of all shapes and sizes achieve their goals inspired her to embrace body positivity and strength.
Kerry believes in the joy of fitness and is dedicated to helping women become their strongest, healthiest, and happiest selves.
Kate Langford – Kate Langford Consulting
Kate Langford owns two businesses (Kate Langford Career Consulting and Kate Langford Business Consulting) and is based on the Sunshine Coast. She is passionate about helping people find their passion and genius zone in both careers and/or starting a business for themselves. She has over 18 years’ experience in leading recruitment businesses, Human Resources, Recruitment and started her own in 2018. She holds a Grad Cert. in Career Development, Diploma of Counselling, Diploma of HR and a Diploma in Management.
Leading a team and servicing Australia wide and NZ in her businesses, she brings a deep understanding of what it takes to thrive in business and understand what makes an employee tick. She also has 3 children under the age of 8, works 3 days a week and was also the Membership Chair on the Executive Board of the Sunshine Coast Business Women’s Network for three years. There is no challenge Kate won’t take on if she sees potential in someone or something using her no fluff approach.
Kim Morrison – Twenty8 Essentials
Kim Morrison is a 5 times best-selling, award-winning author, founder of Twenty8 Essentials, an aromatherapist, health and lifestyle educator, mentor, Master NLP Practitioner and Time Line therapist, Advanced Hypnotherapist and a multi-tasking wife and mum. With two aspiring athletic children, one a ballerina and pilates instructor and the other a rugby player, Kim is married to former NZ Cricketer Danny Morrison who, as a family, moved to the Sunshine Coast in 2006.
With athletic goals herself, she played netball well into her 40’s and proudly represented Auckland from 1983-1986. Kim took up the crazy sport of ultra marathon running in her early 20’s and set a world record as the youngest female to run 100miles in less than 24 hours. She went on to represent Australia at the world indoor 24 hour championships in the UK where she set 8 Australian records in 1990. 68-year-old world record holder Cliff Young was her mentor at the time and, to this day, lives by his ethos that success is 90% mental and 10% physical. She has used her running story as a direct metaphor for life –riding the highs, hitting the walls, pushing through the pain barriers, crossing the line and never, ever giving up!
Steph Gabriel – Ocean Zen Sustainable Swimwear
Steph Gabriel is an ocean advocate, entrepreneur, and visionary leader who has dedicated her life to merging adventure, sustainability, and connection. As the founder of OceanZen Bikini and OceanZen Travel, she has built a brand and community that inspires women to travel and experience bucket list experiences through meaningful travel, and live with purpose.
Steph’s journey began with a passion for marine conservation, earning her a degree in Environmental Science, and taking part in marine research projects worldwide. She founded OceanZen Bikini to bridge her love for the ocean and sustainable fashion, creating swimwear made from recycled plastic bottles and fishing nets, sparking global conversations about protecting our planet.
Building on this foundation, Steph launched OceanZen Travel—a one-of-a-kind travel company designed to take women on transformational journeys to some of the world’s most breathtaking destinations, from swimming with humpback whales in Tonga to exploring the untouched beauty of the Galápagos Islands, and Antarctica. With a mission to empower women through travel and connect them with nature, Steph has created experiences that combine adventure, self-discovery, and community
