Before booking an event with The RISE2 Foundation – part of Coast2Bay Housing Group, please read these terms & conditions.

ALL PRICES ARE IN AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS (AUD) AND INCLUSIVE OF AUSTRALIAN GOODS AND SERVICES TAX (GST) WHERE APPLICABLE.

The RISE2 Foundation reserves the right to change or cancel an event at any time.

The RISE2 Foundation reserves the right to prohibit entry of any person to, or remove any person from, an event based on behaviour deemed inappropriate by The RISE2 Foundation staff and/or its agents.

Cancellations & refunds

The RISE2 Foundation will refund all fees paid by clients where an event has been cancelled by The RISE2 Foundation.

It is a clients’ obligation to notify The RISE2 Foundation of the inability to attend an event prior to its commencement. Failure to do so will result in no refund being granted.

Where a client withdraws or cancels from an event, the following terms and conditions apply:

14+ days out a full refund will be issued

Less than 14 days out, the total ticket price paid will be retained by The RISE2 Foundation. Tickets are transferrable if the name change is advised in writing to info@rise2foundation.com.au.

Where extenuating circumstances apply and contribute to a client having to withdraw or cancel, a request for a refund must be made to The RISE2 Foundation in writing which will be considered on a case by case basis.

Payment of refunds

All event refunds are processed by The RISE2 Foundation head office and may take up to one week to process. Payment of refunds will be made to the credit card the initial transaction was confirmed on.

Photography & filming

By registering for a The RISE2 Foundation event you agree that The RISE2 Foundation or its agents may take photographs and film footage of you at the event, and may use the photographs and/or film footage for The RISE2 Foundation promotional purposes, including, but not limited to, on our website, social media, eNewsletters, and other print and digital publications. You agree that filmed material may be reproduced for these purposes as film, audio or written quotation. You also agree that you are not entitled to remuneration, residuals, royalties or any other payment from The RISE2 Foundation in respect of the images/footage.

The photographs and footage will be used by The RISE2 Foundation/and or the parent company Coast2Bay Housing Group only and will not be released to any external parties, except for production purposes. You accept the risk that photographs and/or film footage of you may be downloaded from The RISE2/Coast2Bay Housing Group website, or taken from a brochure or other publication, and reproduced in social media or other websites or elsewhere, or otherwise communicated or made available to the public or sections of the public.

If you do not wish to be photographed/filmed please email info@rise2foundation.com.au or speak with the photographer on the day.

Privacy & security

The RISE2 Foundation takes the protection of personal information and financial details very seriously. The RISE2 Foundation operates under the Australian Privacy Principles (APP) – a copy of our privacy policy is located here: https://rise2foundation.com.au/policies/ We collect personal information in relation to your event registration for a variety of purposes, including the release of your contact details to event sponsors (but no other third parties). If you do not wish your personal information to be supplied to event sponsors or for more information, refer to our privacy policy.
